This is one of the few tracks that isn't a loop. It was meant to seem like an opening cinematic that introduces you to the game world. I got the idea from Fable 2, where the camera follows a little bird through a small village and into a bustling town.

So after working on this project for a month or so, I decided that I wanted to go to GDC. It was 2010, and I had no concept of online networking. I thought if I wanted to have any sort of career in games, I needed to go to GDC.

I also didn't want to go empty-handed. The conference was two months away, so I decided I would write a new track every day, and then I would have a finished portfolio that I could bring to San Francisco.

So with a few exceptions, almost all of these tracks were written in one evening (with some minor editing/revision the next day).
